THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE STANDARD LIFE OF THE PRODUCT, WHICH IS 5 YEARS.
WR Medical Electronics Company warrants the Therabath Professional Paraffin Bath solely to the original consumer owner to be free from manufacturer defects under normal use and service for the natural life of the product (5 years).
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping damage is not a warranty issue.
Please contact your retailer if your unit is damaged due to shipping.
After completing our troubleshooting steps, if your issue has not been resolved, please continue to our warranty request form.

- AZ, CO, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MN, NC, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, WI, and WA residents: Sales tax will be collected during purchase.
- Credit card and Paypal charges will appear on your statement as WR Med/Therabath.
- USA and Canada Shipping charges are calculated using our available carriers as shown in the checkout screen.
- Canada shipments are subject to duties, taxes and customs clearance (brokerage) fees. These will fees will be charged by the carrier, and are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will be contacted by the carrier prior to delivery to collect these fees.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return/Exchange Policy
- We ask for a 20% restocking fee for returned goods or exchanges (not due to manufacturing defects or issues covered by the warranty).
- Refunds are allowed for goods and taxes only.
- Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase (for example, ScentFree instead of Wintergreen paraffin). Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
- No refunds for returns or exchanges are allowed after 30 days of purchase.
- Only unopened, “like-new” products will be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- Returns and exchanges accepted only for products purchased directly from WR Medical. Proof of purchase must accompany return or exchange.
